The blog team is back.We apologize for the delay in updates on the blog.A lot of things have been happening. So, herez some news for you. In the last few months,Picketians that we are in touch with have been getting married.
Shanti weds Prem
Shanti Ramaiah,XII batch of 1996 got married to Prem Sagar in Feb.
The couple got married in Hyderabad,and are back in the United States now.
Shanti was an extremely popular girl in school.She excelled in acads, was a key member of the music group,was the school vice captain and a favorite of many teachers.Shanti has done her Masters in Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and is currently working for Delloite.Congrats Shanti and Prem.!!
A Picketian Wedding-Manas weds Snigdha
Manas Ranjan Sarangi (XII -1996) got married to Snigdha Dash(X-1995) at Hyderabad.A Picketian Wedding...Yeah,thatz what it was.Manas is a Project Leader at Kanbay Software and Snigdha is an Architect working for a firm.
A few folks asked us if love happened to them when they were in school?.So, we asked the couple this question."Nah", came the reply.They got to know each other "really well" only in the later years.The blog team knows both of them very well and trust us- they make an awesome pair.Congratulations Manas and Snigdha!
The Officer gets Married!
An officer and a gentleman.!! Yeah thatz how he is known as. A lot of parents wanted this man to be their son in law but only one parent got lucky. Lieutenant(Indian Navy) Deepak Kota (X-94) got married to Manasi on 03rd March 2006.Congrats Deepak and Manasi!
The KVP Alumni Association wishes these couple a very Happy Married Life.

As I mentioned in one of my earlier emails, you are the first among our group (sathya, vishu, ajay, abhay, vatsan and myself)to settle down. You are grounded buddy....I wish you a great married life.
